Stage 3

The last stage of the development to be completed will include a group of 4 x 3/4 bedroom townhouses. This block of 4 are situated right on the park with beautiful outlooks. Building Construction has begun with estimated completion due Dec 2024.

Two pairs of 2 bedroom townhouses are located at the end of the development. 1 pair is located right on the park and the other pair is stepped back. Building consent has been approved and construction will begin Dec 2024 with completion due June 2025.
