Stage 3

The last stage of the development to be completed will include a group of 4 x 3/4 bedroom townhouses. This block of 4 are situated right on the park with beautiful outlooks. Building Consent has been approved.

Two pairs of 2 bedroom townhouses are located at the end of the development. 1 pair is located right on the park and the other pair is stepped back. Building Consent plans are currently being worked on. 

Estimated start time is August 2024 with completion due April 2025.
